Gaming is for fun — not stress or financial loss. mb88 believes every member can enjoy gaming safely and responsibly. Our responsible gaming policies and tools are here for you every step of the way.
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming in a way that keeps you aware of your limits, sticking to a set budget, and treating gaming as entertainment — not a source of income. Building a culture of responsible gaming on the mb88 platform is our top priority.
Mb88 maintains a safe and transparent environment to ensure gaming has a positive role in every member's life. We recognize that gaming can become addictive for some people, and that getting timely support is crucial. Keep in Mind: Gaming on mb88 is purely for entertainment. Do not use gaming as a way to solve financial problems. Playing responsibly keeps both you and your family safe.

Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.

Age verification is mandatory during registration on mb88. No one under 18 can access the platform — this is our first line of protection for responsible gaming.
Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose in a given period. Once you hit that limit, mb88 will automatically stop your gaming session.
For any responsible gaming questions or concerns, mb88's specialist support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Follow these simple steps to keep gaming enjoyable at all times
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start gaming. Once that budget is gone, stop for the day — even if you are on a winning streak.
Set a timer before you start gaming. When it goes off, take a break. Regular breaks help maintain mental clarity.
Placing bigger bets to "recover" after a major loss often leads to even greater losses. If you lose, take a break and think it through with a clear head.
Learn the rules, odds, and possible outcomes of any game before you play. Playing without understanding the game only increases your risk.
Gaming under the influence of alcohol or other substances impairs your judgment and can lead to significant losses.
When you reach a set winning amount, withdraw those funds and set them aside. Reinvesting all your winnings back into gaming goes against the principles of responsible play.
